Job Description

We are looking for Recruiters who can attract Best Talent from the Market within specified Time-limit.

Should have relevant experience in recruiting core IT profiles for all levels, complete knowledge and experience of staffing.

Should be good in end to end recruitment.

Effective negotiation skills to impress and attract top talent.

Should have good knowledge of portals and sound in sourcing and Head Hunting skills.

Ensure the Candidate joins on stipulated date by continuous follow up.

Works on hiring for high volume positions and Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for up and coming requirements.

Good in Domain specific or skill specific, good in Market mapping.

Sourcing to Interview ratio & Offer to Joining ratio should be higher.

Desired Profile:

Should have Excellent English communication both oral & written (mandatory).

Candidate must have done primary schooling from English medium OR convent school only (mandatory).

Should be flexible to work for extended hours till the requirement gets closed.

Should be Target oriented and a self-starter and able to work under pressure. Good PR skills.
