Job Description

Manage, organize and update accounts, office records/documentation/database

Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to connecting groups

Ensure organizational activities according to administrative policies and procedures

Order and maintain relevant office supplies for effectiveness of personal duties

Vendor management

Maintain and develop, existing and new customers records through sales team

Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information

Please Note: This is a non technical job.

Desired Profile:

Graduate: B.Com preferred

Familiar with accounting and administration

Good communication skills

Well versed with MS-Office and Tally

CTC: 96000/- per annum
