Essential Qualifications: Degree in Electronics / Telecommunication Engineering

Requisite Skills:

Technical:

Knowledge of SDH /DWDM / SONET technologies

Knowledge of Ethernet/IP Technology

Knowledge of SDH Multiplexers , GMPLS.

Functional:

Knowledge of OSS systems

Hand On experience on Various Vendor NMS/ EMS like Ciena , ECI , Marconi , Tejas.

Written & Oral Communication skills.

Leadership:

Ability to handle ambiguity

Team building.

Behavioral:

Aptitude to adopt new OSS/ BSS tools ,

Committed to service excellence, customer centric, taking ownership of activities, positive and a good listener.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Flexibility, and openness to alternative approaches.

Work Experience:

1. 0 to 1 Year of working experience in the relevant field

2. NOC/Field Experience preferred.
