Identifies process improvement opportunities

Executes participant issue resolution and ensures proper documentation and follow-up takes

place

Executes manual processing with proper documentation and follow-up

Manages inbound/outbound data quality checks

Executes year-end processing

Identifies potential production defects and submits via defect submission process

Provides day to day client and third-party administrator contact for participant processing

Inquires

0 to 2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome)

Excellent communication skills

Flexible to work in 24X5 environments.

Basic computer knowledge (MS-Office)
