Skills Needed:
1.3 to 4
years of Java / J2EE Programming (Rating of 8 on scale of 10)
2.Very
strong programming skills – Should be able to write optimized, modular code,
object oriented.
3.Should be
very strong in OOPs concepts, design principles and design patterns.
4.Good
knowledge of and able to apply best practices
5.Experience
in developing unit tests and expanding unit test coverage
6.Should be
willing to take up end to end responsibilities
7.Looking
for someone who is very passionate, brings loads of energy, leads by example
and has the ability to work independently and proactive.
8.Excellent
interpersonal skills to effectively interact with departmental clients and work
effectively with all levels of management.
Special Instructions:
Candidates
will go through an intensive interview process and should budget around 2 to 3
hrs of their time. They will also be required to write a specific program on
the system and submit for evaluation.
The program
shall be evaluated based on the following criteria.
1.Compile
and Run passing useful tests
2.Handle
exceptions and Data validations
3.Ability
to write very modular and generic code
4.Apply
coding standards and have useful comments
5.Not have
compiler warnings
6.Have minimal
