Job Description
Pay Roll/ Compensation Manager
Should be
responsible for
Payroll
Review – Review of work done by the payroll team including the deliverables
Payroll
Reports – In Excel (CTC Reco, Variance Analysis etc)
Team
Handling – Working Planning and Scheduling, Team Coordination etc
Team
Leading – Work division, team motivation and moral
Client
liaison - Should be independently able to handle Client Communication and
Coordination
Process
improvement – Continually refine payroll process
Reporting
Matrices – Develop and monitor Key Matrices for Payroll process
Desired Profile :
Well versed
with Payroll regulations including PF, ESI, Gratuity etc.
Experience
of working in process oriented Payroll BPO environment at a Management Level is
essential
Very good
interpersonal and communication skills
Good
analytical and process skills
Organised
and methodical with the ability to work to strict deadlines and schedules
Self
motivated, with ability to function with limited supervision at a demanding
pace
