Hardware Design ( Project Lead )
* BE /B-Tech in E&C,EEE,EIE
* 4-8 years of Experience in Embedded System hardware design, preferably in ECU
* Experience in handling at least 1-2 complete projects
* Hands on experience in scheduling and budget tracking tools like Phoenix, Promics
* Experience in stake-holder management and project reporting (SMR, SE-team)
* Experience in people management
* Experience in working with International Teams/Inter-Cultural Exposure is an advantage
* Experience in quality gates, review process
* Passion for Automotive hardware design is an advantage
* Ability to understand and take decision on technical proposals
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
* Good knowledge of CMMI / ISO quality standards
