Job Description

The candidate would be responsible for

1. Handling EPABX Board

2. Handling Attendance Register

3. Handling Reception i.e. visitors, guests,candidates etc.

4. Maintaining Telephone registers, monitoring bills, etc.

5. Maintaining Incoming / Outgoing Mail Registers, monitoring & checking courier payments, etc.

6. General Administration work.
