Job Description

Ensure set targets are met with respect to productivity, accuracy & timeliness.

Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures for processing the Bills of Lading.

Focus on data quality improvements in area/sector being handled.

Timely correspondence with the stake holders through emails, etc..

Ensure correct update of required data for reporting purpose.

Salary :INR 1,75,000 P.A

Industry: BPO, Call Centre, ITeS

Functional Area: ITES/BPO/KPO, Customer Service, Ops.

Desired Profile

Graduation Mandatory

BE, BSc IT and MBAs are not eligible

Age below 32 years

Effective communication skills in English (written & oral)

Excellent Computer Skills (MS Excel, MS Word)

Willing to work in rotational shift process

Should not have appeared for the test process earlier
