Job Description
The role
calls for experience in Product Engineering domain. Person should have prior
experience in design and development of Internal Combustion engine / Turbo
charger design and development in related field.
The
following requirement is a must for this position,
1) Rich
experience related to understanding IC Engine operating conditions,
2) Ability
to relate working boundary conditions into analytical conditions to drive
design verification
3) Ability
to do design calculations as a part of design verification
4) Ability
to write / review - FMEA / Validation plans / DRF documents
5)
Experience in Interpretation of validation results and co-relation to FEA
results
6)
Experience in PDM , with ability to review drawings per IS standards
7)
Tolerance stack up analysis , Sensitivity analysis
8)
Experience in handling modeling tools like Catia / Proe / UG
9)
Excellent Communication skills ( written and spoken ) , ability to drive
projects with Global customers
Optional
requirement:
1) Green
Belt Certification
2) Engine
simulation experience in GT power
3)
Experience in Ansys / CFD tools / ADAMS
Exposure to
Component manufacturing, casting, forging, sheet metal process, Machining
process is an added plus.
Salary : INR
3,50,000 - 8,50,000 P.A
