Job Description The candidate will be working on, implementing software applications within a client's environment, including software configuration, data initialization, data migration, system integration/data interface, and equipment and application installation and set-up. The candidate will be working on Microsoft SQL Server 2008, FileMaker Pro 11 The candidate should have excellent organization, communication, and analytical skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Ability to think forward and evaluate process and tools for process improvement efforts. The candidate should be able to maintain effective verbal and written communication with customers. Monitors open client issues until successful completion. Ability to diagnose hardware and software issues. Escalates irresolvable or concerning issues to engineering as appropriate. Document customer information and detailed problem descriptions in a call tracking software program. Works with users to set realistic expectations and timelines. Works collaboratively with team members. Desired Profile: Degree in Computer Information Technology or Computer Science. Understanding of relational databases. Should have knowledge of Windows Enterprise desktop operating systems (XP and 7 professional/Enterprise, 64 bit versions). Windows Server (2008 R2) User Administration. Database Knowledge (SQL Server 2008). Should have knowledge of computer networking and wireless internet connections. The Candidate should be willing to work on night shifts.
