Job Description

At least 7 years of working experience in IT industry, almost 5+ years of working experience on J2EE and almost 2+ years of experience as a lead role

Execute development projects/tasks with minimum guidance from leads.

Design and program software and applications using Java, JEE, SQL, ANT, Web Services, Eclipse, Maven etc.

Learn and understand products and business functionality

Handle co-ordination and communication (using Web Meeting, IM, Phone, email etc.) with Customer, onsite and offshore team.

Participate in design sessions with Customer, onsite and offshore team.

Lead other junior Offshore members in the team.

Provide progress and status of the project/tasks assigned to individual or team on regular basis.

Interact with end customers
