Essential Job Functions:

Should have a deep understanding of the domestic staffing business processes.

Acquisition of new Clients follows up with existing ones

Enhance service relationships with clients.

New client acquisition/Revenue Generation through placements.

Handling various clients in multiple domains.

Should have good Contacts with IT/ Non IT Clients in Hyderabad.

Experience on End to End Life Cycle of Business Deal.

Should work on getting requirements from clients and closing the positions with the help of recruiting team.

Should be well versed with complete life cycle of recruitment.

Expert in business proposals, process and manage paperwork and

Correspondence related to all Clients.
