Job Description

Correspondence with Banks for Treasury related transactions like Deposits and Bank Guarantees:

Job involves preparation of letters for placement, renewal & closure of FDs, send Bank Guarantee(BG) applications to bank, receive BGs and send them to the requester.

File one copy in our records and update the BG details in the BG excel file. Consolidate BG report once a month.

To Send Insurance declarations to insurance company: job involves collection of data from various BUs consolidate and send the same to Insurance company (once a month)

Obtain copies, scan, and courier, fax relevant documents as and when requested.

To order stationery for Finance/ Legal & IS department.

To manage the Contract Management System in place for (management of review schedule and management of executed agreements).

Manage the execution of TE Contracts which may include purchase of stamp papers/franking; sending and receiving of originals copies of contracts; following up with people for quick execution etc.

Filing/ Indexing of contracts and records as per stated filing procedures.

Preparation of expense claim reports as and when requested.

Good Verbal and written communication (English & Hindi).

Candidate should possess good knowledge of MS Excel.

Should be target oriented.
