Job Description:
Investment Banking � Associate Analyst
To work on allocated [individual or Bulk] requests from client within the SLA maintaining stiff TAT.
Request could be for creation, amendment, Updation or deactivation of account(s) and setup and Updation of SSI [Standard Settlement Instructions], account maintenance, etc.,
Update/refresh SOPs periodically
To reconcile data between different applications and analyze and resolve the breaks / disconnect
Should contribute towards process improvements and excellence
Report creation & generation for internal and external use [client]
Daily tracking of work related data
Quality check by means of 4eye and 6eye
Should mentor the assigned trainees [Cross-Training /Back fill training]
Meet the TAT and error free delivery
Work as a team player
Ability to research on own and good analytical skills
Interact with internal and external clients to get relevant information
Plan and prioritize all projects handled by the team.
Ensuring timely updates/review of SOPs, Issue Logs
Maintenance of escalation policies
