IT Recruiter/ Sr. Recruiter

* At least 0-2 years experience working as a IT/Technical Recruiter-Fresher also can attend the Interview

* Responsible for full life cycle of IT/Telecom/Networking Recruitment process.

* Must have excellent communication (Written & oral), negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Experience in servicing, managing and delivering permanent and contract staffing services to large MNCs.

* Strong Sales, Account Management and Recruitment background in permanent and/or contract technical staffing.

* Ability to understand the technical requirements and quickly present the profiles on time.

* Effective presentation and communication skills to impress top corporate executives

* Internal & External Searches, using Web Portals, Networking etc.

* Develop and maintain pipeline of qualified candidates.
