Business Analyst
Candidate should possess BBA/BS/ MS/ MBA (Masters level preferred) in MIS, Statistics,
Minimum 3 years of business analyst/ reporting analyst experience required
Must have at least 5 years of overall experience
Mathematics, Business, or Health Administration
Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical
skills required
Good analytical skills for MIS, number crunching and reporting to internal and external customer
Must have good interpersonal skills
Strong logical bent with good understanding of various aspects of business
Ability to present data in most user friendly manner
Health care industry background highly preferred
An inclination to be innovative & resourceful with the ability to seek alternatives and take decisions quickly
Ability to create Macros in Excel/ Access using VBA is a plus
Training and experience in six sigma preferred
