HR Executive

Must Haves:

Good Communication Skills.

Familiar with minimum one South Indian Language preferably Tamil.

Ability to manage a large workforce. Prefer someone who has managed a large workforce of 300- 500 employees before.

Open to travel in the entire south region.

Ability to deal with external employees.

Ability to work in a virtual set up.

Prior experience in HR operations or a Generalist role .

Travel: Required to travel across South India frequently.

 Education & Work Experience:

Graduate degree preferably certified in Social Work, Labour Relations, HR or an MBA in HR.

HR professional open to travel and manage a diverse workforce.
