Job Description

Technical Support

Respond to customers queries via phone, email, remote desktop.

Inquiries will typically include product related technical/functional queries, website information, upgrades, license, AMC, support visit, sales etc.

Follow support scope to resolve queries.

Log and classify all calls and requests for assistance in the call tracking.

Filter and escalate calls as appropriate.

Apply active listening skills to diffuse a potentially tense customer interaction or escalate to senior executive.

Required skills:

Networking

Database knowledge ( MS SQL, Access)

Java

Dot Net framework

IIS webserver hosting and troubleshooting

Windows server 2003 and above

OS - Windows XP, Win 7x

Citrix  server environment
