Management Trainee

Preparing relevant letters / documents and certificates, as per employee request, in consultation with the management.

Escalating employee grievances / queries to the reporting manager.

Maintaining / Updating Mediclaim tracker.

Assisting in various employee welfare / fun activities and initiatives and encouraging participation.

Calculating employee leave records for the purpose of Full & Final settlement.

Helping employees / ex-employees in filling up PF withdrawal forms.

Assisting Reporting Manager in co-ordination of all matters related to Full & Final settlement of employees.

Assisting in recording exit interview feedback.
