Job Description
HR Executive
Conduct the
day 1 onboarding session for new hires. (Includes -Day 1 PPT, form filling,
docs collection, office tour, etc.)
Prepare
company letters.
Prepare and
maintain various HR reports and data.
Prepare and
maintain process docs for various HR processes at TIBCO India.
Be able to
resolve any employee queries related to various policies and processes of HR.
Liaise with
the PF consultant to close PF issues and resolve employee queries related to PF.
Coordinate
employee social activities such as festival celebrations, quarterly fun
activity, etc.
Manage HR
inventory.
Desired Profile:
MBA / PGDM
with HR specialization with min 1 year HR work experience.
Smart and
mature male candidates with a pleasing personality.
Superlative
communication and presentation skills.
Ability to
multi-task and work under pressure.
Must have
excellent people facing skills.
Passion to
constantly learn, improve and contribute.
Male
Candidates preferred.
