* Trainee Technical Recruiter (US Recruiter)
* Identifying potential candidates using various sources like Technical Groups, Social Networking Sites, and referrals, Job portal, online searches, internal database etc.
* Should Interact & develop network to get the best resource for any given requirement.
* Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.
* Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
* Interview prospective candidates for requirements and negotiate compensation with the candidates
* Constant interaction with the Business Development Team in understanding the current and future needs of the Client.
* Meet or exceed monthly and annual agreed upon goals.
* Be proficient in all of the Hire Networks offerings.
