Business Development Executive
* Define sales and marketing strategy
* Identify target customer market segments
* Identify target customer list and define pitch / value proposition
* Initiate cold calls and marketing campaigns (email, mail, walk-in etc)
* Generate leads and driver conversions
* Provide technical and business ideas to customers that can trigger further business to company
* Prepare presentations, documents, proposals to support lead conversion
* Build relationship with potential customer and their senior leadership
* Identify new opportunities to farm existing customers
* Work with senior leadership and delivery team to ensure sales targets are met/exceeded
* Mentor trainees, oversee their work and manage small number of sales
teams wherever applicable
