Should be an MBA from HR specialization.
Experience in building processes and frameworks from scratch.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team.
Should have excellent analytical skills.
Should be target focused with possess good skills in creating reports.
Responsibilities
Coordination with internal departments for hiring.
Inducting the new joiners about the company policies & procedures.
Responsible for initiating and conducting background verification of all employees joining the org.
Employee Engagement activities.
To coordinate the roll out of the reward and recognition program for the region.
Execute employee satisfaction survey with one on one interaction.
Coordinating with finance department about the entire payroll management.
