Marketing Manager
Candidate should possess Graduate in any discipline
Appoint, Train, Retain and Motivate - Supervisors / Promoters
Monitor the attendance, quality, attire of Supervisors and Promoters
Handling the lead generation, promotion & advertising activities
Tie-Ups in Mall, Petrol Pump, Retail Outlet, Eatery, Multiplex, Exhibition, Event etc.
Attend weekly review meets as per given date and time (Mandatory)
Make Plan & Execute Monthly / Quarterly BTL Activities as per given targets
Monitoring Activities in respective areas assigned on daily basis
Arranging Mall Activities, Road Shows, Campaigns
Supporting the sales function of the company vision
Co-ordinate with the Sales / Tele Mktg Team
Calculate Monthly Incentive of his / her Team
Daily Update of Dash Board and Activity Sheet to Branch Head and CO Team
Maintain Record of all Promoters, Supervisors and Corporate Clients
Responsible for submission of Invoice, Cheque of client on Time
Submit Field Visit Report to Marketing Manager / Branch Head / Mktg Head
