HR Recruiter
Candidate should possess a graduate in any discipline
Recruitments, Conducting Interviews and Selection Process.
Responsible for Entire Hiring for in house / pan India level for all IT Skills (Recruitment )
Understanding the staffing requirements of different departments for Hardware/ Infrastructure & Software.
Initial screening of profiles and then sending them to the line managers.
Scheduling interviews with line managers.
Getting feedback about interviewed candidates from line managers.
Conducting the HR round of interview thereby taking the process further in terms of salary
negotiation. & releasing final offer letter.
Maintaining and updating the recruitment MIS reports.
Familiar with working on job portals(Naukri , Monster)
