Dissemination of organization processes, policies to new incumbent.
Ensure proper orientation of new person, facility walk through and introduction to groups.
Well versed with Microsoft power point, xls and word.
Helping group in framing OJTs for new hires.
Training need analysis and execution through corporate L&D team.
Hands on experience in developing training plan for individuals.
Skill Optimization Matrix for each employee of assigned BU.
Should have experience in handling appraisals and assessments.
KRA setting with help of line managers.
Handling confirmations, appointments, increments, promotions and transfers.
Hands on experience in framing action plans (succession planning).
