Job Description
Business System Analyst
The candidate will have complete functional expertise of Newgen products
and solutions as well as knowledge of technical architecture of the products.
S/he will be responsible for interacting with clients business user and
process owner groups to gather the business requirements effectively to enable
the development/configuration team to take the project further and ensure
deliveries with least possible issues/gaps.
S/he will document the functional requirements meticulously to ensure
least of ambiguity in the requirements.
The person will have consultative approach towards pain areas and will
act as a single point of contact for the customer to ensure that during the
course of project all the requirements, concerns and deliveries are responded
proactively and in time
Desired Candidate Profile:
Engineering Graduate with conceptual knowledge of Operating Systems,
Database and Application Servers Knowledge of Solution design and Architecture
Ability to communicate effectively at CXO level
Understanding of the S/W product market dynamics
Keeping abreast with latest industry trends.
Understanding of the S/W development life cycle.
Ability to take charge of interactions, presentations and converting
sales pitches into business.
Willing to travel.
