Candidate should possess Any Graduates /Undergraduates with verbal English
Understanding and discussing on the open requirements with Managers.
Sourcing profiles from various job portals, networking sites and references.
Screening and short listing the resumes as per the requirement.
Evaluation and discussion with the candidate over telephone the job role.
Salary negotiations and interview scheduling with the candidates
Updating the Status Trackers and following up candidates for feedback.
Using portals such as Naukri & Monster .
Headhunting for lateral designations.
Handling complete recruitment cycle.
Conducting Interview Drives & Lining up candidates.
Coordinating with candidates throughout the process of pre-joining & post joining formalities.
Salary negotiations with the candidates.
Maintain database of candidates.
