Industry survey participation support, Research
MS Office, XL expertise, PPT etc.
Exposure of Automated system like SAP etc.
International Comp/COLA/Parity comparison etc.
Report reading & creating executive summary
Framework and Special comp policies creation support
All of these includes some operational part as well.
