Job Description
Recruitment Executive
Collaborate
with recruitment / sourcing members for scheduling and briefing.
Work with
Technical panels for slots/interview calendar.
Follow up
with candidates for Drives for weekend drives.
Coordination
of daily interviews( physical infrastructure- phone, webex, conf room etc).
Facilitate
face to face discussions- escorting candidates to panels, taking care of them
while in office- ensure candidate experience while in premises.
Collect
documents from candidates.
Fix up HR
interviews with Leads/managers .
Update
status of all candidates on Application Tracking system.
Send daily
report of final selected candidates to respective leads and managers for offer
generation.
Candidate Profile :
6 months 24
months of experience in scheduling role from a IT recruitment space.
Good
communication (Verbal & Written).
