Business Development Manager
Candidate should possess BE, B-Tech & Graduates in any discipline,
0 - 1 years for MBAs ( full-time only ) or 3 years & more for graduates (with minimum one year into
field sales namely Agency / Bancassurance , CASA , Real Estate, Telecom , FMCG distribution, MR -
Pharmaceuticals ) Graduate ( full-time / part-time / correspondence/ distance learning)
Primarily responsible for recruitment and development of advisors for revenue generation and
achievement of business targets.
Monitoring the performance and daily activity of advisors for developing them & encourage them for
long term career.
To impart on the job training to the advisors through demonstrations, accompanying them on calls
to make them independent. -
Doing need based selling to the customer and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
Carrying out various promotional activities for sales as well as for recruitment.
Minimum stay 4-5years in same city
