Candidate should possess Any Graduate/MBA in any discipline
I deal candidate should be willing to work in a start up organization.
He/She should be target oriented and smart worker.
Recruitments Related:
Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements.
Source candidates as per clients requirement.
Coordinate with client and candidates to schedule interviews.
Coordinate with client to know interview status.
Responsible for salary negotiations with candidate and client where ever needed.
Core HR Related:
Meet clients and understand their requirements along with Manager.
Prepare client visit report and submit it to manager.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures for clients along with manager.
Assist Manager in designing the Performance appraisals for the clients as and when needed.
Train the clients staff on SOP implementation as per project plan.
Internal
Complete the joining formalities for employees as and when needed.
Assit Manager in maintaing the employee files.
Maintain leave records of staff
Manage pay roll for the group companies.
