Excellent coordination between LOB's and candidates.
Use the Job Portals & offline database to match the best fitments for the requirement
Schedule interviews, Ability to articulate and negotiate the job offers with the candidates
Knowledge, Skills, Other Abilities:
Excellent in using various mediums to fill the manpower requirements with different skill set.
Preferably from BPO industry
Candidates should be flexible to work till late evening
