Recruitment Manager
Candidate should possess Graduate in any discipline
Candidate will be responsible for internal Hiring , will coordinate with Hiring Managers , Good
knowledge in sourcing, shortlisting profiles through various job portals like Naukri.com/Monster.com
etc and consultancies and running overall recruitment process in IT Hardware & Networking /Telecom domain.
Team Handling experience of 2-4 Recruiters.
Conducting telephonic interviews
Conducting Induction, joining formalities, creating offer letters
Sound knowledge of MS Office / MS Outlook
Candidate would be preferred who is having experience to hire candidates such as Desktop
Support Engineer, Data Centre Engineer, Networking Engineer, Asset Engineer, Team Lead-Asset,
Team Lead-Desktop Support, OSS/BSS Engineer, Dot Net Developers,Technician, Area Lead, Area
Manager, Manager,Sr. Manager..... etc
Note:- Only Male Candidate need to attend F2F Interview.
