Direct Marketing Executive

Vendor Management

Providing appropriate artworks of Marketing collaterals to vendors for printing

Coordinating with print vendors regarding timelines, cost

Maintaining monthly records and summary sheets

Coordinating with Event organizers regarding event details, participation and payments.

Coordination with stall vendors for the stall fabrication.

Coordination with ad agency for stall artworks.

Maintaining inventory stock of marketing collaterals

Maintaining monthly records and summary sheets

Manage dispatch of Marketing collaterals

Maintain company bills related to Marketing department

Process bills and coordinate with accounting teams

Maintaining monthly records and summary sheets
