Experience:

Relevant Training or qualification.

MBA graduates2011-12 pass outs with min aggregate 65% From reputed University.

Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications MS outlook, spreadsheets, word processing, and database management.

Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent planning and organizing skills.

Solid time Management.

Interpersonal skills & communicate effectively.

Setting Priorities & building relationships.

High customer orientation & Avid learner.

Experience/ exposure in a business strategy or analysis capacity in a corporate or consulting setting.

Experience with the tax and accounting information industry, international business, and business process automation software desired.

Skills in developing strategies in a hypothesis-driven mode, incorporating analytical proof as needed.

Analytical and quantitative skills; experience with spreadsheets or other quantitative modelling.

Ability to build relationships at all levels within an organization.

Ability to discuss complex strategic topics.

Ability to self-direct analytical tasks based on a work plan.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proven skills in writing compelling storylines, both in slide and text formats.

Ability to handle multi-tasking environment, meet deadlines, and work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential issues.

Strong PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint .
