Operations Executive
Timely processing of files and ensure the quality of processing.
To ensure the branches compliance and adherence to prevalent Underwriting guidelines.
Timely banking of Cash and Cheques and Performing Banking reconciliations and controls
Handling customer issues (Both internal and External) to ensure customer delight.
Maintenance of branch hygiene and coordination of Administrative requirements.
Support function for other departments
Coordination and management of audits ( Both internal and External)
