Senior Executive - Operation
Candidate should possess Minimum Graduation in any stream is mandatory
Experience: Insurance experience preferable
Interacting with Internal/External Customers, addressing their queries, requests and complaints via
Emails & calls, processing backend operation activities.
To process new business proposal on a daily basis efficiently and within the defined TAT.
Ensuring 100 % accuracy in processing.
Scrutinize the scanned document in wonders and cross check with the recorded information in Life Asia.
Ensure that committed customer TATs are met consistently.
Interacting with Internal/External Customers, addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Upfront Complaint Resolution, wherever possible, else escalate wherever required.
Understand and review existing processes, suggest to improve the current processes.
Adherence to the IRDA Norms and company policies/guidelines.
Adherence to all laid out process rules and laid down controls.
Ensure implementation of all initiatives aimed at betterment of Closure Desk Process.
Enhance product, process and system knowledge.
MIS - Report Maintenance and preparing data as and when required.
