Accounting & Finance
Overall experience of 6 years with at least 3 years in General Accounting processes like Fixed Asset
Accounting, Inter
company Accounting, Payroll Accounting, General Ledger & Sub Ledger Reconciliations, and
Balance Sheet Account
Reconciliations
At least 3 years of hands on experience of:
working closely with finance & accounting teams to assess the design & operating effectiveness of
processes,
Internal controls & identify process improvements
Ensuring SOP'S are up to date and processes are operating as per design
Risk assessment and review of process controls
Coordinating with SOS PMO for review of controls supporting financial systems/processes
Liaising with IT to enhance applications for effective process workflow and controls
Review frequent process audits for documentation, compliance, effectiveness and robust controls
Must have knowledge exposure to SOS(Sarbanes, oxley act) & SAS 70
Excellent knowledge on internal controls and best practices in finance & accounting functions
Strong conceptual understanding of accounting principles and process
Self-starter with process optimization/re-engineering experience along with six sigma/lean
background.
Robust knowledge of oracle e business suite
