understand and analyze technical requirements to seek qualified candidates by
matching skill sets.
Understand
technical recruiting, cold calling, creating proactive baskets, active
recruiting by sourcing profiles using job boards/user groups/posting ads/social
media.
Quickly
gain good understanding of US employment types W2, C2C, 1099.
Source and
close citizens, GC, H1 candidates
Prerequisites:
Entry level
position for an MBA graduate
Outstanding
communication skills (both verbal and written)
Exceptional
analytical, interpersonal skills and methodical approach Proficient in
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Being
proactive and taking ownership and attention to details
Working in
a fast paced services organization
