Associate Consultant

As a Recruiter, the incumbent will be responsible for the entire recruitment life cycle, from sourcing, screening, selection, hiring and negotiation to post offer follow up.

On a day to day basis this shall involve:

Sourcing resumes from Job sites, job groups and references.

Screening & Shortlisting candidates as per the job requirement.

Setting interviews, and following up till the candidates join.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate / MBA (HR) with 0 to 2 years experience in recruitment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and inter-personal skills.

Should be proficient in using MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and internet.

Team player and excellent networking skills.

Ability to work under a challenging work environment.

Ability to establish relationships with consultants and other associates.

Willing to stretch as per business requirements.

Candidates from South Delhi will be preferred.
