Job Description

University degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.

Good communication skills.

Some knowledge of Caterpillar Order Process, Caterpillar Products, Letter of Credit,Logistics and Financing.

Coordinate/ liaise with APD departments, manufacturing plants, forwarders, banks, insurance companies, dealers and customers to facilitate order placement, shipment, documentation and collection related activities.

Ensure invoices are issued in compliance with Corporate Invoicing Policy and in timely and accurate manner in compliance with Corporate SOX policies.

Maintain proper control and monitoring of order related activities.

Manage logistic arrangement and have knowledge of VAT and Import/Export regulations of exporting/importing countries.
