Job Description:
Accounts Executive
Candidate should possess Freshers with good accounts knowledge OR
Accounting experience (min 0.6 months- 1 year)
(B.C.A / B.E / BSC.IT / B.Tech)
Should have experience with accounts payable or accounts receivable
Process vendor/customer creation/amendment requests and maintain accurate records of
information to maintain customer service and quality standards by following client procedures and processes;
Checking of Customer & Vendor spreadsheets for mass uploads
Provide timely and precise responses to all customer queries and deal with exceptional cases;
Establish internal checks and controls in-order to prevent fraud; and
Assist and mentor colleagues by sharing experience where appropriate, in meeting SLAs.
