Business Development Executive
There is no face-to-face interaction with any customers all sales activities are over the phone and via the net/e-mail.
You will represent and sell our pioneering service, Remote Hire.
You will introduce US senior management on how to leverage talent in India helping them effectively compete in an increasing globalization scenario.
You will work US hours, out of Arcterns office in Koramangala, Bangalore.
The compensation is salary and commission based.
There is excellent growth opportunity for candidates that prove themselves.
This position will be undergoing extensive training during the first two weeks, and will be on trial during the first three months to verify candidates ability to meet clearly outlined objectives.
