Reservations Executive
Candidate should possess a Graduate with min 3-5 years of experience in the same field
Candidates from Corporate Travel Background only apply please
Incumbent should have fair knowledge of domestic as well as international itineraries.
GDS knowledge is mandatory Good hotel portal knowledge would be an added advantage along with
Google Map.
Managing and building relationship with the hotels in order to get timely confirmations.
Handle corporate clients with their travel requirements like reservation/ticketing/fares /hotels and
visa requests.
co-ordinate with multiple departments to ensure quick resolution for the customer Build excellent
business relationship with customer groups, peers and vendors.
Ensure latest updated policies, procedures, desk Instructions are read & complied.
Good PC skills, MS Office applications and email management.
Excellent Customer service and communication skills (Both Written and Verbal).
Knowledge Of corporate travel economics and travel technology/tools will be an added advantage
