Job Description

HR Recruiter

The HR department is responsible for the daily administration of plans and systems related to employee compensation & performance, development and administration of corporate policies, procedures and management directives. The recruitment team handles all activities associated with the hiring process for all employees.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates through most cost effective sources

Prescreening candidates and assist recruiters in the entire recruiting process.

Maintain database of candidates appearing for the recruiting process

Assist in coordinating new joinee induction.

Update reports periodically

Required/Preferred Qualifications/Certifications:

Graduate in any discipline. MBA - HR preferred

Prior experience in recruiting a plus

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment
