Senior Client Service Consultant
Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Healthcare, Banking or Finance
Work on intake as and when required
Interact with customers to help troubleshoot and resolve problems or issues
Track and document inbound support requests and ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues
Document problems and solutions to train lower-level support on how to properly address customer or product problems
Stay abreast of current technology in products, design changes, and new products offered
Be cross-trained on all the subm process within GSC
Mentor new joinees
Suggest Process Improvement ideas
