Recruitment Executive
Candidates should possess graduate in any discipline
Managing the End to End recruitment process from Sourcing, Screening of resumes to conducting
interviews to closing the positions.
Searching for the perspective candidate according to the client requirement.
Sourcing the profiles from job portals, database, reference, social sites.
Screening and short listing the perspective candidate based on desired job profile.
Tele interviewing the candidate initially to check their interest level, communication skill and technical skill.
Check the candidate fitness in terms of CTC, Notice period, and other necessary requirement.
Scheduling the interview of the shortlisted candidates
Coordinating with the candidates until they join.
Create and manage database of all candidates with details.
Establish and maintain a good relationship with the candidates
