Hands on experience in .NET skills
Understands and is well versed with OOPs concepts
Should have worked on MVC architecture
Knowledgeable on C# and VB.NET, ASP.NET
Has worked on writing stored procedures and functions
Should be able to accomplish project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities.
Should be able to communicate well with customer and internal stakeholder
Should be able to plan and track individual activities
Taking up ownership for the assigned work
Ability to lead a team and also able to work independently
Strong knowledge on design patterns and DB design
Strong communication skills with an ability to express and understand complex technical concepts
